Banging when hot water running from worcester combi

I have a Worcester/Bosch Greenstar junior24i.
When you run the hot water, after a few seconds it starts pulsating and there is a banging in the pipes and boiler. It stops if you increase the flow.
Any ideas what might be the cause please?
