Basin tap in bathroom gone stiff

only a year old, hard to turn on and off ?

any thoughts.....?

(we always have to turn it off pretty tight to stop water dripping) if that makes a difference

been reading on the b & q website that otheres have had problems with these taps! why did i buy them!

i read that someone installed some bigger washers - are there bigger washers you can put in to a standard basin tap?
