I have a Midas 100 shower and recently it has developed a drip - but this only happens when we call for hot water from the bathroom basin mixer tap. As soon as we turn the basin tap off the drip stops.

We have a combo boiler system.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this.

Beats me, unless your hot water is pumped, from a tank?

It's possibly due to some wear in the shower valves. Your supply is under mains pressure but when you open a tap, the pressure behind the shower valves reduces and allows a small amount of water through. This happens sometimes on equilibrium toilet valves - Not the same type of valve I admit.
