Bat, or Cat, head washer for door handles ?

Hello all

my kids have sheared off some of the internal parts of internal door handles (too much fighting over getting into the bathroom !)

I'm looking for a part like this:

(although actually with only one ear, not two, but I reckon I could file one down)

Is there another name for these things - so that I my find it locally/cheaper/more quickly. This place seems to be the only online store which stocks them (and with postage is quite expensive)

any ideas of what they're more commonly called or where I can buy them (eg ebay ?) - all searches so far have not thrown-up anything.
