Bath and basin water drainage?

Hi all....
I need a proper drainage system in my bathroom for the bath and basin water. At the moment (because of a garage extension), the water simply drains to the guttering on the extension and then in to the gutter drain.
Should this wate be drained to the stench pipe waste?
If so, is it a big job for a plumber?

Really would appreciate your advice please.
