I've just had to take the side off my newly installed bath and have noticed that the plumbers have not fitted the feet to it. It's supported by a timber frame around the rim, but there is nothing at all supporting the base.
Is that right?

no it's not get them back, the sides aren't designed to take the weight & they will start to crack & split

plus the tiling maybe wrong as the bath may have to be raised, plus the bath will need to be removed to fit the cradle & feet

i hope you didn't feed his horse while he was there

We are in the process of suing them anyway, just one more thing to add to the list!
Thanks for the reply

Where did you find these plumbers?

What are the main reasons for suing them?

Whilst I always expect good quality work, I expect it to be corrected rather than to end up with litigation.

Was this a new bath and where did the cradle and feet go to?
