Hi guys,

I`m new in the forum and I`m about to complete the buying of new flat which I`ll have to refurbish completely.
I will probably ask you many questions regarding different topics, but today I`ll start from the bath fittings.

I`m planning a new bathroom where I will have a "L-shaped shower bath". My question is about the shower bath fittings that I should use which I am not sure about: I would like to have the following items:

- ceiling mounted shower head
- 2nd shower head with wall mounted dock (no rail)
- Bath filler waste and overflow
- Wall mounted mixer to control all the above
- Wall mounted diverter trim set

I basically want 1 mixer and 1 diverter to control all the 3 exits.
Could you please let me know whether this configuration is actually possible and if this is all I need?

Many thanks for your help.

It really depends on what the supply arrangements are:

Combi boiler
Unvented hot water
stored hot water
mains cold
stored cold

What you can fit depends on what supply you have available both in terms of flow rate and static/dynamic pressure

Hi Newboy,

thanks for your reply.
I will have to refurbish the whole flat, which has 2 beds, and I`ll have a new combi boiler.

The boiler will be at the adjacent wall of where the bath will be located.
Not sure you need anymore info.

cheers.

You need to identify what the demand from the proposed fittings is and if they are compatible with a combi boiler

What you can fit depends on what supply you have available both in terms of flow rate and static/dynamic pressure
