I have an Ideal combi boiler and the tap in the bath runs hot/cold/hot. plus flow isn't great. tap in sink is fine. any ideas?

Is tap fully open?

Reduce the flow- see if temp improves

scaled plate hex. possibly
yes, fully open. but even then it's quite weak. not even strong enough to power the shower head mixer.
