Please help ,i'm a woman on the edge..my hot water tap in the upstairs bathroom only produces warm water instead of hot even though my shower and the sink runs hot the water preassure to the tap also appears low....i have a dreaded potterton puma combi boiler ..which also cuts out as soon as i turn the hot tap off...could the hot water issue be a balancing promlem? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks
