Just put a new bath in.
Used to be companies that sprayed batns and showers..
Prisons and hotels were getting them done but you are better off with a new bath
Yes unless there is something particularly special about the bath then re surfacing is not sucessful for long. If it is cast iron you can get them re-inamelled but not in situ.. These companies that advertise re-enamelling in situ are only painting with enamel paint not re-enamiling as you imagine.
A friend had a rented flat where the bath had been re-enamelled (there was a receipt for it IIRC). It must have been pretty soft; she quickly managed to scratch it up just by leaving things like plastic laundry baskets in the bath. Based on that experience I wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s very cheap.
