I have one of these thermostatic shower/bath taps:

It works OK, but it won't turn cold without a huge amount of force on the temperature control. I'm in the unenviable position of being the only individual in the household who can set it to cold and it's getting annoying.
I'm looking for a replacement, and I figured I'd go with Grohe as I haven't had any problems with any Grohe taps in my house, but I'm unsure if what I had in mind would be compatible with the deck-mount posts (or whatever they are called).
For instance would this go on them?
