bath small sealant cracks on new sealent?

Just redid the sealant yesterday. Seems like I didn't make it thick enough or the sealant is just cheap as a few small cracks have developed.
Can I run another layer of sealant over the top or do I need to rip it out and start again?

mastic wont stick to mastic so you need to take out all the old and start again.

Any particular brand recommended? The one I used isn't mastik, it's some type of cheap caulking I found in the basement...

Any old caulking you might just have lying around that is probably past its usefullness.
