Recently water has started to leak through the bath taps (between the taps and the bath). I have noticed that there is a black membrane between the taps and the bath that is allowing the water through. Do you know where I can by a new seal or do I need to replace the taps ?

slacken the backnuts on the taps
dry it out
apply some silicone UNDER the tap
tighten the backnut back up
dry it out
apply some silicone UNDER the tap
tighten the backnut back up
