Bath waste flows back into shower

Bad Plumbing, just tell the Plumber what is happening and that you need a new waste put in to the stack or the pipe work rearranged.

There's nothing unreasonable about that.

Avoid a HepV0 under the floor if you can

Thanks for the info so far fellas.

I spoke with him this morning.
He got a few snags dropped on him this morning (not all as bad as this) - a nice start to a Monday morning me thinks!

Regardless, he was very good about all of them. Had thought he might get a bit funny about the barage.
On this particular one he says he can make some adjustments to resolve it satisfactorily. He agreed it should not be happening.

Will keep you posted.

Well, first adjustment improved the situation, but did not fix.
There was no more room to get a bigger fall after that.

Plumber agreed best course was to go for separate waste - now done and works fine. Job done.
