Bath waste into guttering downpipe

As per the title really, is it ok to run a bath waste into a guttering downpipe. They all end up in the same sewer.

The reason I want to do this is it seems the easiest way to get my bath waste away due to relocating the bath. If i had an external soil stack I would run to this, but it is internal cast iron and therefore difficult. (I am starting another thread (with pics) about this cast iron pipe.

Are you sure you have a combined drainage system

Think this would go against you when you come to sell the house as well as it might be against regs.
