Hi folks ... Looking for a bit of advice on blinds in the bathroom. Currently we have a standard roller blind which is starting to look worse for wear because of the condensation.

Is there better options available for in the bathroom ??

Is there a right or wrong where to fit the blind
a) Inside the window recess up against the window ??
b) Inside the window recess but at the front of the recess ??
c) Outside the recess overlapping ??

You'd normally fit them just behind the handles, that way you can still stick a few bits and bobs on the sill if thats your bag and still access them when the blinds down. Looks better too IMO.

Numb - micro Venitian blinds look great. Lots of colours to choose from and if your window is standard size you should be able to get them over-the-counter. They should be fitted "in the recess" close to the frame but clear of any handles. The advantage of these blinds is that you can regulate to amount of light by turning the wand whilst the blinds are down, or lift them up with the chord.

If you can't get them ready-made check Yellow Pages and get them made-to-measure.
