Bathroom boarding

Do you need to use moisture resistant boarding in the bathroom ?

I will be using the cement type board behind the shower, but didnt think it was crucial to have the MR board in the bathroom?

I havent done it yet and so could get some in, but i do have a load of normal board to use up.

Not crucial to use MR boards they do help in wet/damp environments, but I have used the standard boards in many bathrooms and had no problems, if you board out your wet areas with aqua/cement panels should be fine.

Id go along with that. The tiled wet areas are always the most crucial.
