Bathroom ensuite refit

I have gutted our ensuite and now need to refit.
I dont want to do the tiling myself so will be getting someone in to do walls and flooring. Can I just check the following sequence is ok;
I will install shower enclosure, tray and necessary plumbing to waste pipes, box in pipes, install digital shower
Tiler to fit tiles down inside shower etc and walls and floor
Then I will install rest of ensuite and make good for electrician
Finally i will install toilet basin integral unit
Does the hardibacker concrete board need to run under the shower riser to increase height of tray?
How easy are the aqualisa digital pumped/gravity showers to fit?

I will install shower enclosure

If it is a typical screen/door then do the tiling first and fit against the tiles.
