1/2 inch ply .screwed well down. larson fast set adhesive and i also mixed some liquid to give it flexability . dont know the name of it : but it was like watered wood glue.

What thickness of ply?
How was it fixed down?
What adhesive did you use?

Usually the minimum recommended ply thickness is 12mm.

You also need a proper powdered flexible adhesive, many on this forum recomend Bal. I have used this and never had a problem, with movement or cracking.

It sounds to me like the adhesive you used is the culprit.

I would bite the bullet, lift them and lay them again.
