hi,i am currently replacing my bathroom complete,having just removed the bath i discovered that the pipes must have been leaking for a very long time and the floor beneath has rotted thru,as this portion of the floor is not in view,do i really need to replace the lot-is there a damp spreading issue that has to be addressed?any help will be greatly appreciated.thanks
