Bathroom floor

i am currently refitting our bathroom. I have taken the floor boards up and replaced with 18mm tongue and groove chipboard (green) and have a wet room former to fit. As we are tileing Do I also need to overply? Or can I just use ditra 25 straight over the chipboard?
