use large light coloured wall tiles, and tile all the way to the floor.
ceramic tile the floor too.
fit a compact close coupled w.c.
use a wall mounted basin instead of a pedestal.
fit as big a bath as the wall space will allow.
have plenty of bright light, maybe as mutch as say 6 downlighters, minimum of four.
fix a large mirror.
you are also required to fit a mechanical extractor fan, min 15 litre rating.
