Bathroom privacy door handles

Hi

I need to replace my bathroom privacy door handle but I'm having trouble finding a replacement. The type of handle I had, was one where you turned the lever and the handle was immobilised. However when I've looked for a replacement, they all seem to be of a type where you need to install a sash/mortice lock. Are the type of handle I have, no longer manufactured?
