Hi this is my first post on this forum. I'm in the process of buying a property and planning for the upgrades. One of the main things I want to do is the bathroom project. This has three things:

1. Knock the wall between the WC and bathroom on the first floor and fully refurbish it with a shower enclousure, toilet and wash basin.

2. There's a large utility room downstairs with a sink and washing machines fitted that I want to fit with a shower enclosure, toilet and a large sink along with the washing machine. This room is directly under the upstairs WC and bathroom so assuming the pipes do not have to travel much.

3. There's a defunct flue halfway into the ground floor utlity room. Want to cut it out.

Do any of these sound like they'll need building approval? Please let me know what you think.
