We recently moived into this house and this is the shower unit installed. Can anyone identify it? The temperature tap on the right hand side appears to have been put on at an angle as it doesn't square up as I would expect - when it's on fully hot it is at an angle. Also on the temp control knob there appears to be a release button to keep you from scalding yourself but it is either stuck or purely decorative - I tried with some pliers to gently move it but it doesn't seem to want to - does that head simply pull off? (can't see any grubscrew or anything).

    TIA,
    T

On the side, it appears to have a cover cap, remove that and there should be a grub screw underneath

Thanks - there was! I took the knob off but it seems like the threaded part itself is the issue as there is a black control sleeve which only fits one way (and is out of whack for being lined up as I would expect). There does seem to be a push button but it's well and truly seized up and beyond wd40 I'm going to leave it all well alone and live with it before I start having to post in DIY Disasters ;)
