Bathrooms fan with timer, query

i have wired up a bathroom fan for the under stairs toilet, it has a built in timer but that is not working. The fan is wired via an isolator switch and switches on with the light, but the timer is not functioning. Could it be that I have the switched live and live round the wrong way?

Hi yes I've adjusted the timer, looks like I have live and switched round wrong way.
