Battery powered room stat reciever

Hi all. I need to reposition a two wire room stat in an extension which will involve some serious destruction to rewire. I can't position a receiver by the boiler wiring as there are too many walls between the new stat location and the boiler. I'm thinking maybe a battery powered wireless receiver replacing the current wired stat which will enable me to stick my transmitter where I need it. Does such a stat exist, I've been trawling around but can't find one?

A Drayton Digistat +RF will do it.

The receiver requires 2 wires (A common and the call for heat)

The receiver has the option to take a neutral and a satisfied as well but I'm guessing from your post you just require the common and call.

The stat then goes where ever you wish!

You could fit the receiver where your current stat is, or trace the wires back (usually to a programmer or wiring Center) and fit next to that.
