Baumatic Oven Element - Alternative supplier?

We have a Baumatic B904.1SS-B double oven approx 7/8 years old.

The base element in the top oven has gone (not the main fan oven).

Looking at spares websites it appears that Baumatic have gone, and that this part is no longer available.

I wondered if anyone knew if any alternative manufacturer's element may be suitable for fitting in its place?
