flue/fan fault, phone baxi ran tests i was told its the pcb, changed that still the same. pump and fan runs but no ignition then fan/flue light comes on, baxi "test aps" mm thats hard to test where it is..

tested voltage at pcb of aps 240 going out but only 80-85 volts coming back, what you think APS. fan seems ok, venturi clear.

Sounds like the APS not the board at all... You'd get an odd voltage back if the contacts are worn or starting to carbonate.

checked continuity and i think its the aps, still thought boiler might fire sucking or blowing into tubes but didnt but like you say if the microswitches are goosed it wont fire

it twas the APS apparently a common fault on the HE's
