Here we go then........
Returned customer reveals that kitchen sink had been moved from one side to other,then he tells me the floor is hot,but he has no underfloor heating,what he does have is a wet concrete floor and a slightly higher gas bill,conclusion put them in the dock and get them to tell you the whole truth and nothing but the the truth.

Basics /gut feeling and experience then customer, it is amazing how many of them don`t know the basics of how there heating works. And if they look like a diyer don`t believe them when they say . No i haven`t touched it. Wasted far too much time believing that line...
