good evening gents. got a baxi 105e that works fine on heating, when hot water demand is on the burner goes out as soon as the hot water microswitchengages and shows the failure to light on the front. any help would be appreciated.

Good one this ,,,, Try a new board if its never had one , 105e usually bullet proof on all other components, changed the board on a lot of these and cured all different faults,, other than that take out some insurance with baxi cos could get expensive , hope that helps.

Before you buy a new PCB take a look at the one you have for dry or cracked joints, pay particular attention to the joints around the pins where the multi plugs connect to the PCB.

You may have to use a magnifying glass to get a good look at the joints.

cheers for the advice gents. no sign of dry joints on the board so i replaced it. all is well with the boiler now.
