bAXI 105E INTERMITANT HOT WATER

Hi folks

I have a Baxi 105e which is getting slow to heat water & when it does, it goes hot then cold.

Not really my field (not corgi).

Any Ideas please?

Water pressure is 4Bar.

It will prob be the plate heat exchanger starting to scale up,, do temp neons on front go to max but water still ain`t as hot as it used to be then go cold for a bit then back to hotan keeps doing this
