I have looked at the other posts with leak from front gland etc

mine is leaking from the diaghpram housing itself, dripping from the joint at the base near to the flat head screws

the edge all the way around looks green, is the diaphram knackered?

if so can i split the valve, clean housing and fit repair kit?

If it's leaking from the outside then yea take the valve to bits, might aswell change the diaphragm and re-tighten all the screws around it.
Make sure you clean the 2 brass sections as they butt up together so you get a good seal.

all sorted, new diaghram kit cleaned brass housing. No more leaks

Happy girlfriend

Many thanks
