BAXI 57/3M No Hot Water

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help.
I've just moved into a house with one of these boilers situated in the chimney brest. The central heating works fine but there's no hot water. The boiler sounds like it fires but its only for a few secs then it cuts out.

Any replies much appreciated.

Need more details - motorised valves...? If there are two the HW one could be dud.

To be honest I haven't got a clue! I knoow absolutely nothin about these things and theres not a lot I can see because most of the boiler is in the chimney!
