Just had my boiler serviced and my gas engineer said he could install a baxi 630 for £950 . Is this boiler a piece of junk ? £950 is extremely cheap
Baxi 600 , is it any good ?

How does it compare against the duo tec ?
It'll be a junk install for that price, certainly. Boiler & flue are about £900 to buy so he's wanting £50 to fit it. Either that or you've misunderstood and he was saying the install cost was £950, on top of the cost of the boiler
