baxi 80e central heating sensor fault

hi there have read up on this forum for simular problems & solutions therefore as per advised on here replaced the thermistor & for 3 or 4 days the boiler was working perfectly but now once again the central heating sensor fault light comes on & the boiler cuts out. Its nowhere near as bad as it was. I was wondering what would be the next recomendation would be...

Change it again?

Was it a genuine manufacturer's part?

If so it should be covered by a warrantee!

not sure, got it from ebay....just wondered if there was any other problem it could be rather than spending money on the same part only for it to be another problem...have seen people mentioning ignititor leads? the pcb etc...
