As the title says, my Baxi 80e is doing my head in :(

The pressure gauge steadily climbs and then passes at the 3 bar mark. I constantly have to relieve the system pressure and we have a permenant puddle outside now !

We have flushed out the heat exchanger, changed the pressure vessel for a new one, and still it does the same.

We have disconnected the fill loop just in case that was passing, but it still does it.

What could it be?

sorry just realised its a combi(hot day today  ) its probable the plate heat exchanger.. easy enough swap, just memeber to get the o-rings/wahers for it.

if you isolate the cold supply just under the boiler, and it stops then your looking at the plate heat ex.
