I have a Baxi 80HE which is working fine in terms of the Hot Water and CH both working. However when the hot water is running there are a fair number of gurgles coming from within the boiler itself. It purrs like a kitten when the heating is on.

We recently recharged the expansion vessel and changed the AAV (as that has corrosion around it) the boiler keeps its pressure and in general seems to be working ok other than the hot water gurgling.
Because it's the Instant version it tends to wake up every so often to preheat the water which means we are subjected to it gurgling in the middle of the night. If we turn the pre heat off the water is not warm enough for the wife.
Any ideas as to what this could be?
