Baxi Bahama 100 (Honeywell version) not firing

Hi

have a problem with a baxi bahama 100

DHW mode

Fan runs
Pumps runs
*No sparking at the electrodes
*Pump and fan do not stop running when tap switched off

CH mode

Fan runs
Pumps runs
*No sparking at the electrodes
*Pump and fan do not stop running when switched off. Switching tap on and off stops fan and pump in CH mode ONLY

Suspect PCB so checked 10 & 12 on ignition cartridge which is 230V.
50V on X4 pins 3 & 4

Pressure switch is ok
No flame fail
flame indicator not lighting

Any help appreciated
