does anyone know how to mend the electronic ignition on the fire of said boiler.this has been an ongoing problem and has been fixed 4 times in 3 years,it is now out of guarentee and baxi want 140 pounds just to come out!!! help.[/i][/b]

If i remember rightly the gas valve is causing ign boxes to fail so both should have being changed originally

Very funny, any more details? 
What the post means is to insulate the ignition/rectification leads with electrode lead insulation sleeves in an attempt to stop the spark "tracking out " anywhere else.
