Can any one help have 2 issues i think

1 boiler seems to wistle when on central heating

2 hot water,, when you turn on hot water tap it will heet water for a short time then shut of heat unless you open tap fully

just over a year ago it had a new diverter valve fitter by a plumber

the boiler is about 2 yrs old no flashing lights for faults,

any ideas

I reckon you have a partially blocked Hot water heat exchanger i do

is this an easy job can you just flush them out of do they need replacing,,
