Looks like we've got a result!

Pressure built up slowly to 1.9 Bar and settled there. Job done touch wood.

TBH. I've had so much trouble with this Boiler that I'm tempted to bite the bullet and replace it even though its only 4 years old. Alternativley might join that British Gas Scheme and let them worry about it.

Take my advice and get another expansion vessel fitted to your c/h system

10lt tank will be adequate for a normal house.

baxpoti - Thanks for the advice. Do you reckon my expansion vessel is on its way out?

I'm seriously considering joining the British Gas Scheme. They'll change it for me if it goes.

I've had one problem after another with this boiler and I just know it ain't the end of it
