Baxi Combi 130HE Condensing vibrating

Hi I have a Baxi Condensing Combi 130HE which makes a load vibrating noise on firing. I have read lots of people having this issue but mine is different it does it on both DHW and CH and it does it for about 15 - 30 secs then slowely stops.
I think it is air but might be wrong. As I presume if it was gas mixture it would not disappear.
Any ideas before I get someone in to change every part of the boiler which has happened for a different fault before
