Glowworm 30 CXI Condensing Combi Boiler

I currently have a Glow worm Fuel Save Mk II in my 3 bed semi which I want to replace. I have had two quotes one for a Glow worm 30 CXI Combi-Condensing Boiler and one for a BAXI combi 105HE. Whats the difference between a combi and a condensing combi? Also from reading other comments on this site about combi boilers I'm not sure either of these are suitable. If I decide not to go for a combi boiler what is the best alternative?

if i were you i would go for unvented cyl. with a immerssion as for choice of boiler glowy sxi system boiler good value or dearer vaillant or w/bosch.
