I am really in need of help please!

My Baxi boiler is not giving me any hot water. I have followed the fault-finding guide and found out that it is:

'LOW ELECTRICAL SUPPLY. Incoming voltage less than 180v. check system controls & system wiring. Otherwise contact Electricity Provider'

Could anyone tell me what to do please?

This is a very late reply so your problem is probably solved by now one way or another, but to anyone else first thing is to check the wiring on any electric points, isolation switches etc.
A bad connection can cause this message on the LED fault panel.
I had some bad connections in my isolation switch which I sorted with a bit of solder.
