Baxi Combi Boiler No Pressure Please Advise

Hi. I hjave a baxi combi boiler and has recently developed a fault

The LEDis flashing on the front pointing to 'Pump problem/no pressure'
The pressure gauge is on zero all the time and dont have hot water or heating
When i turn theboiler on as if for the heating to come on i casn hear water flowing but it wont spark up

Anyone know possible causes and solutions??

Follow the above link,
Your loop may be located just up in underneath the boiler

Fill slowly to 1 bar on the gauge

Release the air from the pump, loosen the black cap on top of it about 1 turn (may already be loose).
