Hi,
Have CH but not firing for hot water - the pre-heat indicator lights show the water is at 70C though.
This thing tends to lose pressure and I occasionally top it up as instructed by the gas engineer, but I think I may have overdone it this morning - it was at 0.5 when operating this morning after top-up but is at 3.0 this evening when CH on. Any ideas?

If using the preheat then the boiler will not fire up until the internal store temperature has fallen!

Yes, but I'm not getting the store! Water is stone cold.......

Yes, your boiler has a fault which needs diagnosing and repairing!
