I have a baxi duo-tec combi 40 he boiler - My shower unit has packed in. Until I get a replacement my wife had gone to B & Q and purchased a white push on shower with tap adaptors, to use temporarily.
On the instructions it says DO NOT USE WITH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEMS eg COMBINATION boilers or pumped systems.
So I am now reluctant to use the 'push ons' Is the Baxi high pressure or will it be ok to use the push-ons

The Baxi is high-pressure, you need a different shower. I think the risk is that the pressure will blow the fittings off the taps

Worst case scenario is that you'll get a bit wet when it pops off. It's not exactly unsafe!
