Hi I have a baxi duo tech 28 boiler which was installed about 5-6 months ago, it has a radiator temperature knob and hot water temperature knob and a digital display, when the temperature on the display says for example 30 and u turn the hot water on the boiler fires up and all is good, but when the temperature is 30 and u put the radiators on the boiler doesn't fire up (u can hear a clicking noise which I think it's trying to fire up) and the temperature on the display falls dramatically down to 18 sometimes. Would any one know what this could be? At the moment I have to turn the hot water on till the display says say 40 then turn the tap off and put the rads on and it fires up. Thanks :D

Hi all,

If installed 5-6 months ago, you have a 1 or 2 year warranty with it. Just ring your installer or if he doesn't answer the phone, ring heat team :)

Yeh I did think that but I was thinking about what it could possibly be, so thought if someone has come across it before. I don't think its serious as the rads do come on but only when I put the hot water on first.
