Baxi duotec 2

Hi need some advice please. Baxi duotec 2 has fault code E069 when I read codes stored. Cannot find this code in the manual at all. Another code is E078, again cannot find this code in manual.
Pressure went down yesterday so I topped it up. Found a slight leak on one TRV.
Any advice appreciated, thank you.

Is it under warranty? If so, maybe get Baxi out to it?

Not in warranty. Boiler just went into fault again. Tried to ignite but failed, display showed E078 and flame fail symbol and spanner symbol flashing.
Tried again and it ignited ok But after 10 seconds burner went off.
Tried again and it ignited and stayed on.
Anyone know what E078 code means please?

Are you sure they’re the correct error codes?
